REGISTRATION FORM 2025-2026

AGES 2 – 5 YEARS OLD

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION: A non‐refundable Registration Fee of $50 is due with this Registration. Registration Fee of $30 for each additional child (non‐refundable). You will soon receive an invoice for the non-refundable yearly Supply Fee due 7 days upon receipt in order to secure your child’s spot in our program. The Application, Medical Form, and Orientation information will be mailed to you in June. One month’s tuition payment for August (2 weeks) / May (2 weeks) Combo is due August 1, 2025.

Christ UMC Preschool admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.

When submitting the registration form ONLINE you will be sent to PayPal to make a online payment.  All financial information will be saved to the PayPal account and not through this website.

ALL 3+ CHILDREN MUST BE FULLY POTTY-TRAINED. No diapers or pull-ups please. Under 3 years are not required to be potty-trained.
